How do I access your material?

A lot of our material is free to use and you can find it all over the website, especially in the Blog section. We recommend signing up to our mailing list here to get access to news, updates, and promotions as they become available. We also offer ‘Premium’ material offered to paying customers only, this is to help us cover the costs of the service and create even more quality content for you.

How do I contact you?

How do I stop receiving your e-mails?

Every mail we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click on it, choose ‘unsubscribe’, and you will stop receiving our emails. No need to say the usual clichés it’s not you, it’s me… we understand *sigh*

Why am I not receiving your emails anymore?

There are a few reasons why this could happen. First check your spam folder, and if you use Gmail, also the promotions folder – sometimes our messages end up in either of these places. Still nothing? Visit our site and ‘subscribe’ again, which will solve the problem if you accidentally removed yourself from the list. In case the system says that you are ‘already subscribed’, which means that the emails are being sent correctly but for some unknown reason they are not arriving in your inbox, the best solution is to sign up with a different email address. If you don’t have a second email address, then open a new free email account?

I’m an Italian teacher. Can I use your material in my lessons?

We love Italian teachers! If you appreciate our material and want to use it with your classes then let us know. Our answer is usually, “Yes, please use any of our FREE material in your lessons.” We have no objection if you use our exercises to share with others. Questions about Ebooks

Ebook Formats

We love trees and that’s why all our material is in digital form. Yes, of course, you are free to print for personal use it if you’d like; but think about those trees first!

All of our ebooks come in .epub (Android/iPhone), .mobi (Kindle), and .pdf format.

Our material is readable on just about any computer, tablet, smartphone or e-reader.

To verify that our formats are compatible with your device, you can download any of the free ebooks before you purchase any of the ‘Premium’ ones. This way you can be certain that you will be able to access the material without issues.

How do you transfer the books to your devices?

Kindle

You have three options to transfer your books onto your Kindle device.

1. Transfer via USB

Connect your Kindle to your computer via USB.  Copy the MOBI file which you can find in your download to the DOCUMENTS folder on your Kindle.

Once finished, safely remove your Kindle and your book will be displayed on your Kindle under HOME.

2. Transfer via EMAIL

Amazon allows you to send your ebooks via a dedicated Kindle email. Follow Amazon’s guide on how to set up Kindle Personal Documents Service.

3. Send to Kindle

The easiest way to send MOBI files to your various Kindle devices and apps is by using Amazon’s free Send to Kindle tool, available for Mac and PC.

iPad or iPhone

Tap the EPUB file directly from your mobile browser you’ll be able to open it with Apple’s iBooks application or an alternative e-Reading app of your choice.

If iBooks is not set as the default app to open the .epub file, you can select More… and then select Copy to Books.

Another option, is to download the EPUB file on your computer, connect your device with the cable, launch iTunes and then drag the file from your desktop to the iPhone or iPad’s icon in iTunes. This way the book will automatically appear in your iBooks library.

If you prefer, you can also use the Kindle App for iOS. Open the MOBI file with the Kindle app.

Lastly, you can simply open the PDF file directly from your device. The PDF files will not allow you to resize the text, so we recommend using PDFs on your desktop computer or on larger screens.

Android Phone or Tablet

To access the file EPUB file you can use any e-Reading app of your choice. If you would like to read the MOBI file, you need to have the Kindle App for Android installed. Download the file on your mobile device and move it to the Kindle folder by using a file manager. After that, open your Kindle app and start reading!

If you prefer not to move files around within the Android file system, you can connect your device to your computer via USB cable. Navigate to the Android disk drive. Copy the MOBI file to the Kindle folder on your Android device.

Lastly, you can simply open the PDF file directly from your device. The PDF files will not allow you to resize the text, so we recommend using PDFs on your desktop computer or on larger screens.

PC or Mac

Depending on your preferred e-Reading app, you have different options.

You can use the Kindle app with the MOBI file or any ePub Reading available app with the EPUB file. Double click on it and it should open automatically.

Finally, you can simply read the PDF in your browser or with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Kobo | Nook | Sony Reader

Connect your device with your computer. Drag the EPUB file to the device disk home directory.

How long does it take to receive the ebooks?

Normally just a few seconds. Once your purchase order and payment has been processed (in case of ‘Premium’ material), you will have access to a link in the checkout area to download the material.

If you encounter difficulties, just contact us and we will try assist you to the best of our abilities. Send us a message through the contact form stating your problem.

I haven’t received my ebook, what do I do?

Call the Ghostbusters!!! Just kidding… Please check your email account for a message with the purchase confirmation from us. Inside you should find a link that will send you back to our website to download your ebook. If you have received nothing from us, check your spam folder or any other folder you might have in your inbox.

If you have received absolutely NOTHING from us, no order confirmation, no receipt, no birthday wishes, then maybe your email address might have been typed wrong when you registered. If that’s the case just write to us through the contact form and we will get it sorted for you!
